Stampalicious Paper Piecing!

This week over on our Totally Stampalicious Blog we are Paper Piecing!  This has got to be one of my all time favorite techniques!  The possibilities are endless!

This week I chose to use our Angel Bear stamp set made by the fabulous artist Jodie Mackrell!  You can get the digis from her HERE and of course you will find the clear photopolymer version HERE!

I used some spectacular glitter paper that my buddy Joycelyn bought for me.  The picture really does not do this justice.  I paper pieced the clouds using the glitter paper and the background scallop is cut out using a nestie and glitter paper.  I colored my image with copics and then cut him out and popped him up.  I used gold Stickles for his halo and star.

Case a Totally Stampalicious DT member!

This weeks Totally Stampalicious challenge is to case one of our DT members!!!!  You are going to have a ton of talent to choose from and picking one is going to be tough!

This weeks prize.....A $15 GIFT CERTIFICATE!!!!!

This week I decided to case my good buddy Joycelyn aka: StampsnCoffee!  She is the reason I started this crazy craft so I thought it only appropriate to try and honor my friend!

With this card I took a few elements from a couple of different projects.  Tying the ribbon in that cute little bow was quite the feat for me.  I have always admired how Joycelyn ties beautiful bows on a lot of her projects so I had to give it a whirl!  The layers that I have my main image on are also one of Joycelyn's wonderful traits!  I am always checking out her stuff to see how creative she has gotten with layering different shapes together!

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you will take a tour on over to the Totally Stampalicious Blog and play along with us!
