I am on holidays camping with my family right now but as all of us die hard stampers know you have to pack some sort of goody bag! I needed a Bday card for my niece so I made the base before I left and brought along my stamps and coloring tools.
The image comes from www.hannastamps.com It is their dressup Hanna. She is definetly one of my favorites. I colored her with copics and paper pieced her dress. Thanks for looking!

Kat's baby shower card!
Here is the card I made for Kat's baby shower. I used purple because it is her favourite color. I finally got all of my copics in the mail after waiting very patiently (checking the mail box everyday in great anticipation) so I thought I would give them a try. So here is my first attempt at coloring with copics.
I made the bottom and top border with the Martha Stewart lace punch. For some reason my Martha Stewart punch and I just don't get along. I find it takes a lot of effort to punch through the cardstock. The bunny is from the "A New Little Someone" Stampin' Up set. Unfortunately it is retired so you would have to scour ebay or the buy/sell/trade section of splitcoast stampers to try and get this set. I popped up the bunny and the top border to give it some dimension. The dp comes from Close To My Heart. Thanks for looking!

Onesie Cards for Kat
My sister in law has a sister who is having a baby. She asked if I would make the baby thank you cards. Like I would turn down an opportunity to make cards! I made these baby onesie cards using my slice with the animal crackers cartridge and a template from Lauren Meader's blog for the onesie.
All in all I ended up making 40 baby onesie cards. I can now officially say that I am done with the onesie for awhile. I just got some new stampin toys in the mail so time to experiment.

Here I am!
Alright, when I first started stamping I never thought I would go as far as creating my own blog. Actually the first time I visited Splitcoaststampers I never even would have imagined uploading a card. Well, here I am two years later stamping my little heart out with a blog and a Gallery full of stuff!
My friend Joycelyn (aka Stamps'nCoffee) was the one who got me hooked. She invited me to a Stampin Up party in February of 2007. We created a card using the heat emboss technique and voila, I was instantly hooked. Since then I have spent.........mmmm, lets just say lots for this wonderful hobby. Every penny has been worth it! My stash continues to grow and so does my passion for the craft!
I hope you will enjoy my blog as I will try to post regularily. I can't wait to share my ideas and hear some of yours!
